SCAMMER ALERT:
I had a small trade with him in the past, added him to my friends list for that and didn't mind after that. Later on he checked up on me and we agreed to setup another trade, a much bigger one. My mistake was to trust him and gave him a bunch of tf2 keys in one go and going first. He said he needed time to look for the keys, went back and forth for about a minute before giving me a shit bundle key (a 1 ref game) and blocked me from his steam profile.
I've reported him to Steam and left him a -rep here. I hope no one else get scammed.

I don't think it's a problem, but just in case.
I can't log in on my own steam account, I can only talk by store.steampowered. If BY ANY chance someone talks with me or something now - PLEASE don't talk, click links sended by me or trade with me. I don't think my account is hacked and it's a problem of Steam connection again. But just in case... WATCH OUT.

I had the oportunity of talked with user and I explained to him how works the +/- system and also how he can get a temporary suspension for his -rep in my account.

I posted a trade a month or two ago and this user^^ did not agree with it, resolving in him calling me a Sh*thead. Not knowing many of the rules at that time I -repped him because of it. After reading the rules I noticed it wasn't a valid reason. I then withdrew my -rep after noticing that I had been -repped by both him and an account I suspect was his alt as it had given him +rep as well. I also had nothing at all to do with this account. The other account you can see on my profile as it is the only other -rep. Also, I was reported for being a scammer which is evidently false as I have had 0 contact with that user and they have never been on my friends list before. I do not care if I get banned for a few days as long as that false -rep is cleared from my name! Also, the other user has not replied in ANY of my previous trades and I don't have them in my blocked list.
PS: I also know it is against the rules to -rep someone for lowballing, which I believe is what I was doing.

User scammed me out of a copy of Tropico 5. The trade was to unpack my Tropico 5 4-pack (returning the 3 copies back to me) + Brink + CS:GO key for an AMD Reward code. He traded me the AMD Code, then I traded him the 4 pack, which he unpacked.
He then helped himself to a second copy (thinking that the extra copies were also 4 packs, meaning he thought he could redeem the remaining 3 copies and get a further 9 copies of Tropico 5 - returning just the three to me). Despite me asking him several times not to, he went ahead and redeemed a 2nd copy. He then offered me random stuff in return for him opening the extra copy (plus he still wanted the copy of Brink + 1 CSGO key). Which was not part of the original deal - its impossible to trade fairly when he already has redeemed a game - effectively holding me to ransom. He has also left revenge feedback on my account.
Unfortunately I do not have a chat transcript of the trade as I was so frustrated after talking back and forth for over an hour I closed the chat window and blocked him. He has commented a reply on his thread though, where he admits that he opened the 2nd copy of Tropico 5 without my consent.

I read this webpage and they have found like me that the vast majority of spammers and access log spammers seem to be operating from ISPs and servers running scripts in what used to be called "The Soviet Union." They have complied a list of IP CIDRs belonging the the most prolific Russian, Ukrainian, Bulgarian, Romanian, Latvian, Estonian, Slovenian and Turkish spammers and have included them in the link i post UP.
There are also some hostile website hosting companies based in these regions that are in this blocklist
So i hope this can be helpfull for us guys..

Generally, you can see all the conversation in the picture, but TL;DR I found out that he's a scammer at SteamRep reports.
This user www.steamtrades.com/user/Oxraid (Steam profile: steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561197995149076) gives negative feedback for nothing to people he just doesn't like for some reason. For example, he asked me in Steam chat to buy a game for him and accept a payment from a stolen PayPal account. When I said I don't want to do it, he just removed me in Steam then leaved fake negative feedback in my Steamtrades profile. And I'm not only one, see feedback in his own profile.
I post at SteamGifts support one week ago. Still no answer.
I chat with some guy on SteamTrades. We didn't make deal or something like that. He don't like my price on game and gave me negative review. Can you delete it please? It's on page 8.

On impersonators
There has been quite the rise in impersonators around here lately and more and more people seem to fall for their scams. It has been suggested that there should be a post concerning the subject, in order to prevent users from getting scammed, however considering that ST is not actively moderated, we wouldn't be able to maintain such a topic currently. The warning about this subject is more on how to avoid or handle such scams.
Please make sure the ST profile being linked from the person adding you, actually belongs to them. Verify that their steam profile URL is the same as the one who added you to trade and obviously, please search for them on steamrep, don't ask them to link their profile/rep, just do it yourselves.
In the case of such a scam occuring, please report them to steamrep and SG support, by providing some proof of what happened and explaining any details (please attach screenshots of your chatlogs and their steam profile). Creating a thread on SG forums in not the way to go, as that will get you temporarily suspended for calling out. There have been incidents of the wrong person getting blamed for a scam and thus harassed for absolutely no reason.
On feedback
Misuse of feedback has been turning out to be quite an issue, not only with messing up trades but also with reports on support about its removal. I think that most users are not aware of how it should be used thus this thread will serve as a reminder and a warning on how it should be used, how it shouldn't be used and what will happen if it's not used accordingly.

Common sense should apply in the above. The fact that I didn't mention a specific comment does not mean that it's acceptable. Misuse of feedback can get you suspended temporarily and if done repeatedly, suspension can get permanent. Revenge feedback, in particular, is especially tricky considering a lot of people want negative reputation removed from their profiles. If the people requesting the removal of negative rep from support have left such revenge negative feedback on the other user's profile, they can get temporarily suspended as well. Giving them revenge feedback does not make you any better than them.
Considering all the above, I would like to ask users here to remove any feedback they have left on other people's profiles that does not follow the guidelines above. Any investigation done on the removal of negative feedback from now on will take this thread into account and the fact that everyone should have read it and complied with it. No appeals will be handled for temporary misuse of feedback suspensions, considering you had the time to remove it yourselves.
