This DLC has become worthless. Everyone who has the base game has all DLCs now.
I am not acting as surprised. I am just offering my games which people have on their wishlists. I never heard that you can't buy games' DLCs after main games are delisted on Steam. For example, Sniper Elite V2 is in my library but I could have bought DLCs after the base game was delisted from store. How should I know that people won't able to use DLC after some time main game is delisted from store? Should I follow every game publisher's page after they release some "remastered version" and old game keys won't work? You pal, in my opinion, are hotheaded accusing somebody for uncertainty. I am not living on internet 24/7.

The example "Sniper Elite V2" is not transferable. There the "Remastered" is a very own game.
The approach is obvious, since even these people are still looking for the "basic game" by mistake - but you do not want directly to offer it.
The fact is that people have none of it, if they trade with you only for a "Mafia III: Sign of the Times" DLC. It is now already included in the "Definitive Edition".

Firstly, I didn't know that having a main game on Steam, you can't buy DLCs after "remastered version" was released. There are a lot of people who want Mafia 3, and I received some offers directly through my tradelist. So I have to give some time to view all the offers I have received. You can check my tradelist if you think I am lying.

If you want to show me, that I am an unhonest trader, you come to wrong place.

I mentioned to you earlier that for my uncertainty I didn't know. There isn't any infomation about any Mafia's DLCs that customer can't buy after main game is delisted on MAFIA III's steam store.
I took Sniper Elite V2 as an example that you as customer can buy game's DLCs even when main game is delisted from store. You know why I know it? Because I own this game on my Steam! That's why to me looked okay to think that this practice is normal on Steam, before you enlighten me that Mafia III's dlcs are worthless because you can't purchase them.
- Plus owning Mafia 3 game with DLC on GOG store made me think, that you can still buy Mafia 3 DLC on steam. If GOG lets buy DLC till now, why steam shouldn't let you to buy for those who own main Mafia 3 game. That's my thought was.

I mentioned earlier to you that I received some offers directly through my tradelist when I listed Mafia 3. So that's why I have to give some time to view all the offers I have received. That's why I didn't offer Mafia 3 to other traders, when traders come themselves to me showing interest for Mafia III.
Overall, this problem could be solved in more delicate and simple manner. For example you could wrote to me:
- Hey, buddy, you shouldn't list Mafia III: Sign of the Times on your tradelist because this game doesn't have any value for adding it to Steam library at this moment.
Instead of this, your speech to me looked like you angry on me making loud statements like I am using people:

In conclusion, I delisted DLC - Mafia III: Sign of the Times - from my tradelist.
The Mafia III base game wasn't delisted.
The argumentation with "Sniper Elite V2" is irrelevant. And GOG is GOG.
I alluded to certain intentions. Yes. Nearly everyone would do that at first quietly in secret, who realizes in time that someone is offering only the worthless DLC and holds back the base game (in 4 offers!). Unfortunately such an intention can be deduced quickly.
A confrontation, which I only made clear with the 3rd answer. I had held back with this at first.
What do you think what is offered here sometimes. The first ones are on their way immediately to sell you the just released giveaway for something of high quality.
That expansion is not worthless because you cannot buy it anymore. An activation would be pointless, because there is no existing base game anymore.

Maybe you can draw something positive from it. To be one information richer and which can also save trouble.
Because imagine, you're keep offering "Mafia III: Sign of the Times" only. You can't do that technically anymore. So your base game copy would be the only way to fulfill your part of the trade - because it is now the "Definitive Edition". The only way that can save you, if the other party already went first in an agreed trade.
The strange thing is that the other party theoretically does not need the copy. Because his Mafia III is now a "Definitive Edition" too. Now, who can be blamed for the fact that "Mafia III: Sign of the Times DLC" theoretically and technically has no function at all?
