+rep good and honest trader! Thank you
+rep: Extremely Understanding & Friendly Person
I reached out to Veigascia (Roku on Steam) as I was interested in a few of their keys in exchange for gifting them a game directly on Steam that was on their wishlist. We reached an agreement relatively quickly and they immediately sent their keys. However, I realized that we never checked regions and there was an issue with gifting them the selected game due to price differences. I told them about this and over the next few days, we discussed alternatives as I promised to not take the keys until we decided on what the next best action would be. Long story short after time zones delays and personal life stress, we finalized an alternate trade and we both left satisfied. I have not redeemed the keys they delivered but I am sure they would do their best to resolve any issues that do arise given the time and compassion that was shown on their side throughout this entire interaction.
With all that being stated, Veigascia represents community overall. I am truly grateful for them and glad that we reached a deal at the end of this. I honestly hope to interact with them again in the future and that "El Hijo" brings them joy!!!
