They were quick to respond to my offer, and very patient during the course of our trade. I've rarely seen someone this friendly on steamtrades and it makes me look forward to making more trades in the future for the chance of more pleasant interactions such as this one! Our exchange felt less like people in business suits exchanging briefcases, and more like a couple friends exchanging gifts on a holiday. Their key worked of course and I had fun talking to them afterwards too!

+rep They are really passionate about making and keeping the whole trading culture friendly and inviting, and wrote a very useful guide to trading (https://www.steamtrades.com/trade/mFWlQ/a-beginners-guide-to-safe-and-smart-trading) to make sure newcomers know how to use the website and don't undervalue or overvalue their games or fall victim to scammers. They even made sure to check how long i'd been trading and, since I am quite fresh out of the water, they guided me along well, and of course their keys work.
