Nope. Steam won't reactivate a key, so you can try activating it on your own account hoping he didn't do it himself yet. Contact steam support though, they will trade ban him.

Hello, i am new to trading, only been going for a few weeks, but not long ago (an hour or so) i accidentaly made a trader called "InAmberClad" FURIOUS, i offered him Dead Space 2 or Nuclear Dawn for DUNGEONS gold, not knowing this was lowballing because Dead Space 2 is $69.99 in Australia so i thought it was more than fair, but he got really angry because i stuffed up the prices of the games, i was suppost to type $10 but instead i typed $20, and he got really angry, and because it was all-of-a-sudden, i reacted with anger, but maybe 20 minutes later i realized what i had done, so i apologized to him but no response, he told a friend of mine that he is going to report me and everything to lots of places, but it was a mistake that i made and i didnt mean it, i have spent alot of money on my account and i am actually a fair and honest trader, ask anyone ive traded with, im also not very familiar with the different prices of games in different regions so thats also why i accidentaly stuffed up. Checked his steam rep profile and it was clean, his steam profile is full of (what I now believe fake) testimonials of successful trades, which give him the image of a reputable trader. I went first, and after trading the goods he claimed he was getting the key from the store and promptly deleted and blocked me from his contacts.

This idiot added me, offered the trade (Nation Red + $10 for my The Ship 2 pack), then changed his name and blocked me after the trade and did not send PayPal. Yesterday someone with nick BoOM added me and wanted to offer me paypal for few of my games. I asked for his steamtrades account, to check his rep, but he had 'problems' with server, when i didnt, and he could not log in. I tought he's idiot at first, but then i found out he's trying to scamm me. So he didnt show me his account and said that he can go first, i agreed with that. But when we were going to trade, then he suddenly wanted a proof that i got the games. I wanted to show him that i got them, but then he said he want a game first, then paypal, and them rest of the games. Then i were 99% sure, that he's trying to scamm me.
I know theese proofs doesnt make him a scammer, but why would someone change his mind so suddenly and dont show steamtrades account?
