My friend was telling me they are usually around a TF2 key or so, but let me know what you think is fair.
A reseller offered me 3 keys for 2 dlcs a week ago and i wouldn't have accepted 4 keys at that moment; so if you think that i'm going to sell each DLC for a key or 1.5 i advise you to look elsewhere and as an important fact, i don't put prices for any game or dlc on my list.
I'd do 6 for Demise of the Faithful, Cursed Legacy, and Demise of the Faithful.
Not really sure how .5 keys would work.
