I would have to pass. It's my lowest priority (hence bottom of list) and I've had opportunities to get it at a lower 'price'. I wouldn't trade these two for any one game on that list, to be clear. I'd sooner make a key trade.

Alright. Not sure I see a mark-up being applied (LEGO LotR has never been trading lower than 2 CSGO keys, plus Valdis Story for roughly the 3 CSGO key value we had discussed) in exchange for 2 CSGO keys plus one of those games, but nothing wrong with just not being in to the trade.
I suppose I'll continue to give a small markdown on Valdis Story some thought, but I'd still prefer a fair game trade over discounting Valdis Story.

Well, Tier 1 is obviously worth $1. Each BTA game is worth almost $2 when you do the math, a bit less since more games are coming. Spec Ops is showing at $4 at G2A. A reasonable trade, I suppose, would be either:
Tier 1 + Walking Dead Michonne
or
Walking Dead Season 2 + Walking Dead Michonne.
I think if I would do something it would be Walking Dead 2, and possibly the Michonne but I may wait on it for a bit since I remember seeing some people are willing to pay 2 CSGO keys for Walking Dead Season 2, and if I can do that then I could buy your spec ops for 2 CSGO keys?

I managed to find someone else who had a wishlist game of mine + spec ops so I was able to get both games after giving him 3 of the tier 2 games and so with that I guess we won't be trading for spec ops, but maybe in the future we could trade for something else.

Well keys aren't tradable after you buy then. It takes 7 days. Items would work but keep in mind my asking price is 2.5 CSGO keys ($5.75 Steam Wallet after fees). Really, the best I could do is accept marketable items that have a current listed value of $4.50 (just below 4 euro) before market fees.

G2A is not a key store. It's a reseller site. The prices will be the same as or sometimes slightly higher than the prices you see here, depending on the item. You're thinking of retailers (Green Man Gaming, Bundle Stars, Indiegala, etc.) G2A is really no different than just buying and seeling over here. It's peiole, not a store.
There's only 2 other people with prices listed for this DLC...
One is this very reputable trader, and the other is [this low-rep guy] who hasn't been on in a week. The first is asking for more than I am, the second will take $3 PayPal if you trust him, or he wants overpay with trading cards, which means basically the same price as me if not using PayPal.
