I looked around and unfortunately I can get slightly higher prices on pretty much everything right here in Steam Trades.
I want the first two on your list, but unfortunately that's all and it falls quite a bit short my my taste unless you have keys or items.

....is the totality of what you have available, without going far too high I would be looking at Project CARS. Somehow I have the DLC but not the base game, go figure. I have countless offers of 4 keys for SOMA which is the low end, so it seems like it could be reasonable enough. I guess it depends on if you're trying to get SOMA because you want SOMA, or because you want to turn in a higher profit. But anyway, I already have Vermintide and INSIDE, have no interest in Insurgency, and acknowledge that the other games may just be too high.
Owlboy and Cars is a bit too much for SOMA so I'll pass on that.
