i got scammed too. bought a skyrim the first trade. then a few days later i bought a black ops deluxe, black ops regular, and a bioshock infinite pre-order. even worse i traded the 2 black ops games. now i am going to have others pissed at me(i did inform them both that the games said non-tradeable and told them that all the games i got from this one guy were the same)
even worse, the first game i got (skyrim) said not tradeabe. i am new here and emailed steam customer service to see what it meant and if i should be worried. steam said it was MY ACCOUNT (even though none of my other games said non-tradeable other than the scammers), i then bought 3 more games since steam said there was no problem. then steam pulled the games from my inventory without even letting me know. i was about to buy another black ops 2 for myself when i noticed the other games were pulled from my inventory. i think i am more pissed at steam than the scammer.

ya be careful. if you don't unpack it and it gets revoked, steam will try to screw you out of it. i'm currently in this boat, and support is telling me "The item that is missing cannot be located in your item history" so fuck me right.
At first, i was gonna buy games from him but i then can see him sold games at ridiculously low prices (even region-free games that Russians or Ukrainians cannot get for cheap prices). My suspicion was correct, that he's been selling revoked games :)

The funny part is that he doesn't think he is a scammer and yet he KNOWS that these games get revoked, and yet he continues to sell them for profit and scams them in about a week time period
its means when u trade a non tradable gift to another people that seller can get the game back in a instance without you know which means u lose the game and the money u spend on it. I believe this is what it means.
Revoked games are games that are bought from stolen credit cards, or simply stolen games. They can disappear when there is a charge-back from the original (game/credit card) owner. In the end the revoked games can be deleted, and/or your account can be banned/suspended due to getting involved with fraudulent activities.

Nope, he buys at steam, the games are not keys, they are steam gifts. It is called revoke scam, they buy a game at steam, resell them and ask for a revoke. Or they were bought using a fake or stolen credit card.(I think thats the case because of the e-mail steam staff replied to me after I opened a ticket)
