i got scammed too. bought a skyrim the first trade. then a few days later i bought a black ops deluxe, black ops regular, and a bioshock infinite pre-order. even worse i traded the 2 black ops games. now i am going to have others pissed at me(i did inform them both that the games said non-tradeable and told them that all the games i got from this one guy were the same)
even worse, the first game i got (skyrim) said not tradeabe. i am new here and emailed steam customer service to see what it meant and if i should be worried. steam said it was MY ACCOUNT (even though none of my other games said non-tradeable other than the scammers), i then bought 3 more games since steam said there was no problem. then steam pulled the games from my inventory without even letting me know. i was about to buy another black ops 2 for myself when i noticed the other games were pulled from my inventory. i think i am more pissed at steam than the scammer.

Scammer. Bought Call of Duty Black Ops 2 and sent for me as a gift after I paid him at paypal. Today he deleted me and all his clients from his steam list, and I receive a msg from steam:
"Your recent gift received from "Kirkqij262" has been revoked due to a problem processing payment for this item. The games associated with this gift can no longer be played as a result. If you would like to purchase this item, visit the Steam Store. Otherwise, you may choose to delete the local content associated with this gift.
Im in contact with steam, paypal, my credit card dealer and my lawyer to see what we can do about this case. If we can proof he is doing that we think he is, we can send him to jail.
