This was my first trade on this site. Wanted to get something for my CS:GO Beta copy, instead got scammed. He bought a game and told me that it wasn't trade-able so he went first and gifted it to me. Today I got a message from steam support that:

I know it's my own fault, I did not know much about trading.
I did not take any screenshots or copied the chat. I trusted him. Did not know that someone can cancel a gift. :/
Crap :/ if you'd have the chat log you could most probably report him to steam directly and give him an official trade ban.
Still, I recommend you report him to Steam since they know he gifted you the game and can probably take his CSGO and give it back to you. I'm not 100% positive that this will happen, but better try it and hope for the best.
Few other people reported him, i'll add him to list. Contact steam support so he gets trade banned.

In the midst of our disagreement, he handed me a negative rep because he did not like what I was saying. When I confronted him about this, he said he was entitled to do so because that is what the rep system is for. I sent an email regarding this to Steamgifts a week ago and got no response but from my understanding it's for things like scams not forum disagreement.
Now the question is, when someone he rudely insulted hands him a negative rep, what gave him the right to have his removed?
Doing a simple search tells you this is not the first time he had to get his negative rep removed. In fact, it has happened many times already. He already has a proven track record of crapping in someone's thread and even a thread hijack resulting in him needing to dispute his negative rep.
I hope this one STAYS for both of us. Bear in mind, I didn't hand out any negative rep to him until he threw the first punch. He don't deserve to have his negative rep removed since he felt it was his entitlement to dish out to others.

Anyway, I screen-capped our recent chat. I mean, I tried to explain my intentions to you, but you keep stubbornly ignoring my points. It's obvious my negative rep on your profile isn't about our disagreement but about your insulting behaviour. Remembering your replies to my posts gives me the impression you don't WANT to read correctly. Every point you throw at me is the result of bad reading skills and mistakes on your side. Your task: 1) Give me ANY proof that I gave you negative rep for disagreeing with you, 2) give me ANY proof that you do NOT deserve my negative rep on your profile and 3) prove that you understand my intentions. The first two are actually impossible, but you can at least do the third task. I'll happily remove the negative rep off your profile as soon as you can do the above described tasks.

PS: In the latest negative review you gave me, you insulted me again, calling me a "lousy guy". I'm not lousy. I did everything I did for good reasons. I never did anything without "rhyme or reason". Just wanted to point that out. Although here the part 5-6 lines above comes in again.

A second case I would like to draw your attention to is the case of cLassEg scamming me or rather, deceiving me.
I offered CS GO for his Serious Sam Complete Pack a week ago. So we traded for it. After that, I found out he gave me the wrong pack with only 7 games instead of the 9 games I was supposed to get because that was the pack on sale right now.
I asked nicely for either the correct pack with 9 games or my CS GO back. He refused and told me it's my problem and not his and literally told me rudely to F myself. He also said once a trade is done is done despite the fact that he pulled a fast one on me.

If the admin can do a search, he gave me a postitive rep here on Steamtrades after the trade so this shows he wasn't shortchanged by me in any way, shape or form. It was only AFTER I gave him a negative rep for this deceiving act that he gave me a negative one in return despite the fact that he got what he wanted and I was short changed.
If possible, please remove my negative rep from my profile. Because I got short changed and deceived and got a negative rep for it. It's not fair at all. Whereas, classEq got what he wanted and deceived me for it. The wrongdoing is on his end. Not mine. I got scammed out of 2 games by him.
I too have that negative rep still hanging around at my profile.. Would be nice to get rid of it :P
I havent scammed anyone. As you can see if look few posts up. I got scammed.. Almost. All i lost is real money for game I bought for scammer. Lucky that steam refunded game with steamwallet.

He has just scammed two people in the last hour. Doing key trades, and then defriending the person IMMEDIATELY after the trade without holding up his side of the bargain. Odds are is the account is a middleman account so he can trade from that account to whatever main he has. Steam profile has inventory disabled, and he has comments disabled. Do not EVER trade with someone by the name of RefractiveMedium or BurningConvex
PhylloConcret, can't find his community page, said he would pay me 18$ for CS:GO on PP, sent me a fake PP e-mail (soretitozzz@hotmail.com.ar), named 'Paypal Service', http://i45.tinypic.com/35mnnsw.png (about all I got about him). There goes my CS:GO -_-
