I'm buying it directly from the Steam Store and applying a discount over it.

Canada have cheaper price then a lot of country on Steam, since i'm sending it to you it's literally the price in store with an extra discount of 15% that i pay.

So 54.99 -15% = 46.74 CAD

Some people had discount ticket on that game? I can apply them as well.

Otherwise i don't think it's really worth it for you, even more considering we Canadian have a paypal static fee since November.

Currently it's impossible.

Canada and EUR aren't eligible to trade that specific game over Steam, it's not region lock, it's price locked.
I've already bought that game a few time for the EUR region.

The CAD currency and the EUR currency change daily, maybe we'll be able next week, in a month or never, no one can tell :/
