You can't buy it from Steam? I'm buying the game directly from Steam, i'd suggest not buying game from Ubisoft throught G2A or other reseller has they had been known to revoke these game and they have every right to do so.

I am in South Africa. Game is not available to buy in our region as they choose not to support our region according to what I read, however game is available directly from Ubisoft, which makes no sense. Wonder if it can be activated here if gifted. No idea.

Might not be the best price but Canada doesn't have much of a deal on that specific title.
