I would suggest that you report the incident to Steamrep.com in the forums there and follow their procedure:

A lot of traders use the site to do a 'background check' on other traders. If you submit the proper evidence and he is found guilty he will be marked as a scammer there. That is probably the best way to warn others.

I'm sorry to hear that you got scammed dude, but did you even check their rep before trading with them? Both of the guys who left you negative feedback have bad rep on here. Just look at their profiles. One guy was +5/-3 before you traded with him and the other was +3/-8. Those are terrible rep ratios and that alone should have told you not to trade with them.
Edit: Also, if I may make a suggestion I think you should make it a habit of always checking out anyone you may trade with on Steamrep.com first. All you have to do is enter the link to their Steam profile to do a search. For example if you enter this: http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198022944478

Which is one of the guys who left you negative rep and who allegedly scammed you. You can clearly see that he is marked as a scammer by the Steamrep site. Also, if you look on his Steam profile his status is "Currently trade banned" by Valve. If you want to avoid being scammed I would suggest that you do a check on everyone that you want to trade with first and go through the necessary investigative steps to protect yourself. Also, when you look someone up on Steamrep, don't just check their status on their Steamrep profile, also click the link below where it says "Search Steamrep Forum" to make sure that there are no scam reports submitted that have not been processed yet.
I hope this helps buddy. I have done almost 60 trades on here now and I have yet to be scammed. Not that a few haven't tried. But I have always caught them by doing a background check first.
Hey, I know it was dumb, but I just started trading and they both added me, so I didn't know how to check. +When I asked Matrix128 or whatever sent me an image of his name and +40/-0 so yea. Prety dumb from me, but still... It's not fair and I want the bad rep removed. :(
Never trust anything someone sends or shows you and always check them out for yourself.
When I hear of stories like this it makes me think about writing a trading guide on how to avoid being scammed. Anyway I'm sorry, I know it sucks. The only way to remove the bad rep on here is to submit a support ticket on Steamgifts.com (just put "Other" for the reason)

Never trust any rep on a person's Steam profile. It can easily be faked and they can delete any negative rep.

Just saw your report on Steamrep. I don't know why you went first when you had more rep than him, especially for such a big trade.
Also, you kept sending him more keys each time he begged for more -- why? You both originally reached an agreement on 20, and that should have been it. He did it just to get the most he could out of you before shafting you. And look at the language he was using. His incessant begging and "I'm just a poor kid in Africa". Come on, who is going to believe that crap? Guess what, if you were really that poor you wouldn't have a key to COH2 Collector's Edition in the first place!
You're right.. but I'm an honest person and till that moment I did not find a scammer on my way. Always smooth trades. Always nice people. As you see he continues to ruin my reputation around (read the next message). It's sad that an amazing place like Steam forums is populated by this criminal people that live cheating other users. Thank you very much friend. (One last thing: from SteamRep just known that cd-key fraud is not a problem for them (even with pics as proofs). So, what I've learnt? A scam trade with a cd-key is LEGAL, and a scammer can continue going on day by day with others cd-key frauds. I cannot even help other users to avoid this CRIMINAL. What a great world!! Guy spammed me, harassed me, cussed me out. Did some weird trade stuff where he was putting random items in and out of trade and all this crap. Eventually gave me my keys back. Although, since I'm new, I thought he gave me fake keys or something.
Locks back on after a couple hours, says I ddosd him. Wants me to remove my neg rep on his profile so he threatens me with neg repping me. I say Im not removing the neg rep because of what he did. He threatens me more. So now I`m reporting him.
He continues to harass and spam and threaten me on steam.

Also, I was spamming you because you said that it is stupid that I don't have a key before trade but I told him I did and I was about to get it but he didn't want to hear that. I gave him two options that I either give him a coupon that made the game 0 dollars or let me redeem it and give the code and just be patient, but he did not listen. Negative Rep isn't only used when people scam. That is of course the #1 reason to neg rep.
But you were 100% negative in your trade. The links I provided with screenshots show EXACTLY what was said on both sides. Shows your harassment, verbal abuse, threats. You will be dealt with.

Aren't you all fed up with sights like this becoming more and more common? So am I. Therefore, this is a warning. Do not open or leave open more than two trading threads at once, especially for the same thing. Do not "invisibly" bump your thread every two minutes. I have begun suspending and I am not giving you just a light slap on the wrist for this amount of spam. Now, I'm more of an SG mod, I'm not good with STrades, so, please, feel free to point me towards anyone who needs it, preferably with evidence. Might as well use this thread for it. This is going to stop.
Update: This problem should never have been allowed to get to this point (and I likely would have been okay with it if the bumps were at least staggered rather than bumping six threads at once), so I'm probably going to seem overly harsh to some of you, cracking down on everything severely. Now that this is stickied, I'll give everyone a grace period of twenty-four hours (until 7:30 PM UTC, 7th) to reorganise their threads and close down any duplicates. After that, I will begin to suspend without warning.

Update 2: After a talk with Yatterman, two trading threads is now acceptable, as long as they are not identical.
Update 3: Just found a nifty bug(?) on the site that'll let me close the offending threads without officially having any powers on Strades. Feel free to link the threads in future and I'll close them too.
