First of this topic is for reporting ppl that spam a lot of topics and scammers from time to time. You do not report ppl for making fun out of you in a topic - not to mention the reported usser did not make fun of you.

Contact support through the steamgifts site for this one. They can remove false feedback, suspend those users and can help you with the impersonation reports.

Are you allowed to receive negative rep if person A makes an offer to Person B while in Person C's thread? Some guy offered 5 keys for dishonored, I said sure why not, and then the guy who owned the thread gave me negative rep. He also said I was a terrible trader despite never having traded with him in my life.
Honestly if he is allowed, then so be it, but I think that's just wrong.
You're not supposed to hijack another person's thread (not sure if a hardfast rule, but at least bad etiquette), but regardless, rep is for trades only. Contact support and they will remove it.

True enough. It definitely seems like the infrastructure was just created and then they just threw it to the wolves. Definitely a stark contrast to SG.
It was done pretty lazily if you ask me, almost like it was an afterthought. The 2 sites should have no strings attached to one another but unfortunately they do, especially where the database is concerned. That means if the SG database goes down, so too does this, which happens all too often. Also, I find it annoying that I have to sync my account once a week in order to even view these forums even though I do not use SG (not anymore anyway). There is absolutely no reason for that here on Steamtrades and it's a real chore to get the damn thing to sync sometimes because often it will repeatedly fail even though your Steam profile is clearly set as public. So in summation, very sloppy the way this site was designed.

Under the Account tab up the top add a button called "open threads" or "thread management" this button will go to a page that shows the user all thier open/closed threads. This will make it allot easier for people to control their open threads and close/edit old ones

A trade is when 2 people exchange something of value. A giveaway is when only one of them does. Yours is a giveaway but asking for rep in return. I have explained it to you but for some reason you cant grasp it. Rep is for how trustworthy a person is in trades not how many coupons they have given out. What you are doing is distorting that rep. You are not asking for nothing in return you are asking for rep. So you are selling the coupons for rep. You have all the right to give away stuff, sure. Giving away means asking for nothing in return. Banning you would have nothing to do with you giving out stuff but everything to do with you asking for rep in return. If the only reason you are doing it is to help people out and give stuff away then you would have no problem not asking for rep and not recieving any rep for anybody. That doesnt seem to be the case though, does it ?

If he does not appreciate the time the person, does not respond, play games and removes it from the list of friends after that. as he himself suggested trade. For this he received a negative review. Whiny child.
Aren't you all fed up with sights like this becoming more and more common? So am I. Therefore, this is a warning. Do not open or leave open more than two trading threads at once, especially for the same thing. Do not "invisibly" bump your thread every two minutes. I have begun suspending and I am not giving you just a light slap on the wrist for this amount of spam. Now, I'm more of an SG mod, I'm not good with STrades, so, please, feel free to point me towards anyone who needs it, preferably with evidence. Might as well use this thread for it. This is going to stop.
Update: This problem should never have been allowed to get to this point (and I likely would have been okay with it if the bumps were at least staggered rather than bumping six threads at once), so I'm probably going to seem overly harsh to some of you, cracking down on everything severely. Now that this is stickied, I'll give everyone a grace period of twenty-four hours (until 7:30 PM UTC, 7th) to reorganise their threads and close down any duplicates. After that, I will begin to suspend without warning.
Edit: Time's up. Suspensions begin now.
Update 2: After a talk with Yatterman, two trading threads is now acceptable, as long as they are not identical.
Update 3: Just found a nifty bug(?) on the site that'll let me close the offending threads without officially having any powers on Strades. Feel free to link the threads in future and I'll close them too.
Update 4: As some may already know, my activity will drop massively as of right now. I'll still be dealing with SteamTrades stuff whenever I can, but expect me to be a little slow on it.
