`I am currently involved in a trade. I fulfilled my end of the deal and sent the keys we agreed upon—which he has already redeemed—but he has yet to fulfill his part by sending the key he promised. Initially, he told me he would provide it on Monday, so I had no issue waiting through the weekend. However, when Monday arrived, he didn't respond to my messages; when he finally did, it wasn't to send the key, but rather to say: "Hi, I will trade for it and send it to you; Humble sent a useless AI reply to my support ticket."
I know Humble is a site for game keys, but I’ve never used it myself, so I’m not entirely sure how it works or why there’s a delay in getting the key.
He then told me he would send it "sometime this year" without providing a specific date—essentially asking me to wait two months. Honestly, I don’t trust this; he originally promised to provide it on Monday, and now he’s saying it could be any day before the end of the year—specifically, by December 31, 2026, at 2:00 PM. I’m not at all comfortable with this situation. My previous trades have all been immediate, with no one else making me wait for days. He’s also not very communicative. Here is the last message I sent him:
Give me a date by which you believe you will have the key in your possession, and I will wait—but that date must be honored. You cannot simply say something like "December 31, 2026, at 2:00 PM." If you haven't obtained it by the date you set, then you must buy the key—or find some other way—but you must keep your word. I repeat: give me a reasonable date, not one meant as a joke. I will not contact you again until the day you specify arrives, but you must follow through on the date you provide.''
He has not yet responded to my message. Once I receive my key, I will delete this negative review; however, until that happens, the review will remain here. I will attach screenshots of the conversation.
It is worth noting that whenever I sent him stickers, it was because I could see he was active—playing Battlefield or doing other things—yet he still wouldn't reply. I apologize for losing my patience after Monday and becoming more demanding; I stopped being friendly because I was unhappy with how I was being treated. I am leaving this review with the hope of removing it once he follows through on his word.
