I called PayPal and talked to them, they have confirmed he has received the money. Stay away from him.

I traded with him after 2 years he was not trading, I tried to buy x2 Rocker League keys. Don't trust easily, can be a scammer, will edit this when I'm sure, need to verify the keys he sold me.
Edit: steam support told me the keys he sold me were already activated by a steam account in 2020 and 2021 so yeah... Will alert if he will refund since he was so offended from my accusations, but I don't count on that.
Edit 2: he says he will refund at some point but after checking the keys on my account, since I already have Rocket League and I know they are used, the keys he sold me are "Super Squash" and "AnyWay! - Premium Soundtrack!", so yeah everything he says until now it's a lie. He is just taking time so he can scam more people.
Edit 3: reported to valve and he is now community banned.
