At first, I apologize for the situation I couldn't be fully friendly at that moment. I was busy to handle other trades while the winter sales, and couldn't hang on to only with you.
This is a reply to your negative feedback, to let know the detailed situation to who need it.
Start from a conclusion, the reason you thought "ignored" was, I already told you you were under Trade-Hold at that moment and you didn't checked it by yourself by trying to send a trade offer. You were simply didn't listened to my message but only pushed your request, which I have to "ignore". I was also sure Dispenser also told you a reason why you can't trade with the bot, Mobile Confirmation is disabled.
To explain the details:
I apologize again to made this result happen. If the case didn't happened during the sale period I was capable of explain the situation and may got a solution.
The purpose of this negative feedback is not a warn of scam nor like that, but since you weren't aware of your situation by your mistake, and even left a negative feedback because of it, I leave this feedback for both refutation and warn of communication problem.
