Bad trader. Took TF2 keys for serial key, Immediately went offline. Trusted them to deliver based on THIS website's feedback. No idea how such an obvious fraudster has 22 positive rep.

Will gladly amend this if I turn out to be wrong. But this person is not to be trusted.
