it looks he ganed his high rep just to to scam high value trades, Don't trade with him any time, he started scamming now, I just lost my 15$.
I am now officially scammed by this guy, who uses his previous reps to fool others. I lost 13 TF2 keys and got a used Titanfall Key. Please be aware of him and do not trade with him.

This what happen :
I saw at steamtradethat he have titanfall for 10 TF2 Keys so i added him from long time ago and he accepted me yestarday and he told me he is out of stock and he will get keys tomorrow
So i agree on that and today he told me he will get keys after 20-30mins
so when got them i got my TF2 keys and i trade with him first because he was have 372 +rep at steamtrade profile
So after trading he told me: Yes got ur stuff brb
And i didn't see his face again, so i know steamtrade will never get my items back
But all i want to take discernible maximum penalty for him because he use his rep to scam more people
