This guys scammed me
This what happen :
I saw at steamtradethat he have titanfall for 10 TF2 Keys so i added him from long time ago and he accepted me yestarday and he told me he is out of stock and he will get keys tomorrow
So i agree on that and today he told me he will get keys after 20-30mins
so when got them i got my TF2 keys and i trade with him first because he was have +rep at steamtrade and this his profile at steamtrade: Zakar Steamtrade Profile
So after trading he told me: Yes got ur stuff brb
And i didn't see his face again, so i know steamtrade will never get my items back
But all i want to take discernible maximum penalty for him because he use his rep to scam more people
- My Evidence:
Sure as hell. I always, ALWAYS double check profiles before i proceed to trade. You can clearly see his profile is private now, too. The thing is, he didn't delete any of us from his friends list. He just went all silent.
ALSO, here's a thing i've just came across, check this guy's profile: http://www.steamtrades.com/user/nadepower - Looks like he gave you a negative rep, right? Now, look who gave him his first ever positive rep? I wonder if it's just a coincidence.
If he was hacked, i think he'd open a thread about it with a new account, or at least he would add some of his friends to explain the situation. Also, i tried to reach him on reddit (http://www.reddit.com/user/ZakarSmith), but i couldn't get any answers from there too.
I was also fooled by this huy, he took my keys and gave me a used titanfall code :/
Sad story man. Sounds similar to mine. But yeah, I think we should steal keys from each other, so we can all feel like scammers for a second, and then give the keys back. Any Takers? LOL!
Zakar ain't the only scammer around. I'm sure I had him on my friends list before, glad I didn't trade with him. Can't remember the name of the guy for scammed me, but yeah, the lesson I leant was more important. Wouldn't mind gettin' em keys back though.
Gwed luck to all the folks who get scammed. Its a bad story to tell, yet a story we can always share, yet do nothing about.
Thanks for the support. This was my first time getting scammed, hell, i'd prefer it to be with someone more special. My maiden heart is all broken now.
The heart break will go away in time. I only hope that we will one day someone will scam the scammers, and tell us about it afterwards.
Bumped. It's sad to see guy with such high rep being a scammer. What a waste of account, sooner or later he'll end up suspended.
Bump. I assumed it was cause he was hijacked but after reading his Steamrep reports, he intentionally scammed people a row because "he really needed the money". That's not an excuse.
the most simple solution is to not trade using pp with people you havnt traded before :|

Well im pretty sure the scamming started because of me. I have traded with him some time before , but well , i thaught he was still trustworthy when he asked me to go first for 60 copies of cs go for 150 tf2 keys , i said sure why not i have traded with him before... and well the following day his profile is private and all my keys are sold for paypal to some guy buying keys for cash on outpost... ;_;
I dont understand , did you scam him or all you wanna say is you went first and he saw the potential of scamming because people think he is trustworthy?

He added me for purchasing a copy of Assassin's Creed: Unity, as usual i first checked his steamrep profile. It looked alright so i moved on to his steamtrades and steam profiles. He had decent rep, and also a good steam profile. He asked me that if i can go first, considering his rep, i didn't mind it. He told me that he's gonna pay in an hour or so, so i assumed that he was probably gonna get some funds from selling other games. When i tried to talk to him like 10 hours later after i traded him the game, he didn't answer me and it's been 12 hours now. I've just saw someone else's report on the steamrep forum, and i noticed that he made his profile private. The worst thing is he didn't delete me, like he's just mocking me. Looks like he's on a scamming rampage right now.
Just a heads up!
HE KEEPS SCAMMING PEOPLE, DO SOMETHING ALREADY.
