I have just found this message. As far as I know, people who create a giveaway on Steamgifts have to provide a working steamkey. Giveaways can be deleted if the winner accepts. I am not totally sure, but I think I didn't do anything incorrect here, just asked for the steamkey I supposedly won.
EDIT: and also, I would say it has nothing to do with Steam Trades (not talking about a Trade).
