There is no way to explain this kid's behavior when trading with him, (check for yourselves by reading the childish style in which he conducts his trades). He is also accused of something (has been suspended from trading by both Steam and Steamgifts), so it is better not to go first with him. I added him a while back for a trade and he was completely impolite and totally weird, but I thought maybe it was just the cultural differences. Anyway, I kept him on my friend list only because he was also an achievement hunter. I found out later that he was actually way worse that I anticipated.
I found out the hard way when I decided to ask him for help in getting the achievements for a 4-player game. This is exactly all I had to ask. He deleted me leaving me there wondering: what the hell did just happen. So, I decided to leave him a comment on a screenshot of his, accusing him of being a child. He replied by leaving me these racist comments on a screenshot of mine.

Proof of him being suspended from trading on Steam, for scamming, most likely.
Proof of him being suspended from Steamgifts, for either cheating on giveaways (by his own admission), or scamming people as he had more -rep that was removed for some reason (see below).
Edit: Someone just left me this comment (page 9 of the thread) regarding this guy's previous interactions with other traders on this very site.
Edit 2: He just left me this racist negative feedback, attacking me and my wife once more for being Arabs.
Edit 3: Regarding your stupid argument, if people reported others only for scams, Steam would be infested with anti-social racist kids like you.
Edit 4: For someone who cries, moans, and calls names when getting offers that don't seem fair to him, it is pretty funny to see him offering one bundle game for an extremely popular AAA game that has never gone below $15. That is an offer I found by accident, god knows how many others I could find if I start looking harder, but I'm already wasting my time here as it is.

2nd trade (16 Sep 2015) Very patient trader. Had a strange glitch on my end where Steam did not take a key until the fifth time I pasted it in, but trader was very professional and kept his cool, and went out of his way to make sure things would work out in case he needed to contact the bundle provider.
