Anyway, for curiosity, could you provide any screenshot of evidence? I'm wondering who scammed you and I can pick steamid of that profile and show it here for future warnings.

I'm sorry you got scammed but I can do nothing about it. I suggest you to report profile you traded with (NOT ME OBVIOUSLY) on steam and contact steam support.. They may return your keys.
as I said, contact Steam Support they may return you your keys... but prepare screenshots from paypal or which payment method u use and evidence of everything
