Well even after apologizing and sending him The Wolf Among us, he kept insisting on his time lost and talking about a few stuff but I couldn't really understand what he wanted. Now I know what I did is wrong, that's not the issue here and I don't expect someone to consider me an angel even if I gave him what he wanted. Anyway it turns out he wanted more than just the game, he wants more. And he kept threatening that he'd sue me and I'd go to jail if I don't give him what he wants. Anyway you guys should feel free to do whatever you want about, report or ignore me. I just thought that I could somewhat clear my name and let you guys know who you are dealing with.
tl;dr: I gave him the game and he still wanted more while threatening to sue and sending me to prison. Avoid trading with this person at all cost.
PS: If you think you need proof then let me know and I'll post whatever I have saved from our conversation.
Also at the time of writing this he is suspended for 2 weeks so be aware.

I just know from Steam Support( it said Our records indicate that your friend sent the gift to a different account.) that he did not send the gift (The Wolf Among Us) to me, and keep trying to tell me he already sent it, and made a fake snapshot to me. I don't always trust someone who don't own rep or unfamiliar to me. And I trust the guy who just did be a scammer, let me lost my games.
