I just know from Steam Support( it said Our records indicate that your friend sent the gift to a different account.) that he did not send the gift (The Wolf Among Us) to me, and keep trying to tell me he already sent it, and made a fake snapshot to me. I don't always trust someone who don't own rep or unfamiliar to me. And I trust the guy who just did be a scammer, let me lost my games.
