Well it says PayPal in header, other topic has games wanted from wishlist. Stopped looking lists good while ago, due it being waste of time. Looking at yours, it looks like freebies from Indiegala Game Giveaway and Lootboy etc, which for sure aren't enough for Hell Let Loose. From my list comparable game for many of those would be something like Iesabel.

Considering keeping Blackwell series and Graveyard Keeper, but what would you offer for Shadow Warrior 2?
If you enjoy that type of game then you should absolutely keep the Wadjet games.
Regarding SW2, I was unaware before that it goes on sale for a bit less than 3€ so it's probably not worth it for both of us.
Technobabylon was for sure great, should empty backlog a bit before adding more, but Blackwell series seem to be well liked too. Graveyard Keeper like games aren't usually my thing, but honestly after looking for it a bit, it has certain charm, so might give it a try in future.
Shadow Warrior 2 isn't linear like SW1, but did enjoy it nonetheless. Yeah probably best get it towards sales, as they should start at the end of the month.
