Those rumors are true, Indeed Witcher 3 have RU tag, But it is more like representing from where it was bought, But since we are talking about a game that is not going to release now, So yes there's no guarantee because alot can change till feb, So it is like this that, There's 70-90% chance that if someone buys it and activates it, He is safe and will be able to play, But there's also 10-30% chance that he might not be able to do so or will have Language issue, So its on you to decide, Whether you can risk or you cant, Because this is good price, Fully row versions costs like 40$ Plus.
