Not strictly, but I am much more reluctant to accept trades when I am offered a deal where games are not on my wishlist. There has been exceptions, of course, such as my trading of Hellblade with Shadow of Mordor, but that was only after I've done my research (the offered game was priced similarly and matches my preferred genre in games).
As for Kerbal, if you have games like Terraria, Enter the Gungeon or Stardew Valley then I'm open to discuss further options.
