So, I'm leaving a +rep but I'd like to share my experience.
- Long story short, I gave him the gift link to the game I offered, he somehow lost it;
- The key he gave me was already claimed;
- Both customer service of Humble Bundle and Fanatical (from the respective keys) were liquid turds and did not help.
- Fanatical did give him a replacement key but it was for neon chrome, which I already had.
- In the end, he gave me a key for contagion which I ended up gifting it to a friend.
So while the experience overall was negative, I can't possibly fault him for what happened and he did try make up for it in the end, and giving his reputation it makes no sense to give him a negative score now. So in the end, +rep!
