Not looking for either of those games, but I just wanted to point out, whenever you get a chance, check out this beginner’s guide. There’s a staggering number of scammers and impersonators lurking around, and they all prey on newcomers like yourself. Hopefully, the guide will help you avoid them. I suggest you block everyone on the scammers list before they even have a chance to get to you. If anyone random adds you, look them up on Steam Trades first.
I also recommend using the website gg.deals for price comparison. “Key shop” prices are what people generally use as their main value metric.
Last but not least, your games list is either private or friend only, so people can’t see what you have on your wishlist, or in your library.

Correct. Your Steam games are tied to your account and non-transferrable (although you can share them with friends and family through Family Share).
