Yes it's a gift.. and this one is tradable.. any new purchase gets locked for 30 days but they can always be 'gifted' so sent to another user, they are just not tradable, so cannot be used in trade window or be used in trade offers. Still 'giftable', so purchaseable..

Not sure about AI War, it has 6 games inside that key...But I can go with Z and another cheap game.
Z is a cheap game.. 2x Cheap don't make up for Full Bore :\
AI War Collection doesn't contain all DLCs (and that wouldn't be 6 games even then) .. and if a 6 year old game bundled 10 times isn't worth a 1 year old game that I'll wish you good luck to find.. I don't think we'll find a middle ground. Good Luck !
