BTA: Below the average, also known as tier 2. When you have to pay I little more than most of the people do. Thats why that game is more expensive. Tier 1 is the one dollar one.

It's possible to separate an indiegala bundle as gift, you just click on the link ("gift #" or something close to it) and reveal the keys one by one. Not sure if you just don't want to do it, but Showtime! is really the only game from that bundle I'm interested in.
