Not a bad deal, but I don't have enough interest in either of those and they'd just pay for Dawnguard.
Dead Space Pack is the same value as Alan Wake Franchise so it's not any better of an offer.
I already have Dead Space Pack as well so it doesn't make it any more tempting.
