As far as I know it doesn't exist Steam keys for these games, only for Ubisoft.

For these 2 above for example, there are only options for Ubisoft platform.

That’s a great question! It varies, really. Some may be leftovers from Humble Bundle, Fanatical, et cetera; others could be resold/re-traded keys. You’d need to ask the person you’re trading with to be absolutely sure. Always check regional restrictions too. A lot of games have region locks, and people aren’t always clear about them.
