Right now, i'd rather not manage a group of middlemen since one could easily start screwing over peoples trades at any second. If i'm the only semi-official one doing it, there's no risk of a scam.

As of right now, I am not allowing anyone else to be middlemanning with me in the sticky. It would be too much to manage a group of middlemen, especially when one could eventually start scamming out of nowhere.

Second time using him as a middleman. No one else on Steam is as trustworthy and reputable as this guy.

hi, i'd like to report a scammer & ask for advice. http://steamcommunity.com/id/YouOompaLoompa he added me and said that he will sell me dota 2 for 20 dollars. i checked his inventory and he had 4 dota 2, so i thought it was legit, i was stupid and rushed, didnt check that the account was created 2 weeks ago and it only had 1 game. so i transferred the 20 dollars to mscroft01@yahoo.com paypal and he said he got the money, but then he blocked me on steam, so i cant write anything on his wall to warn others. looks like i cant refund the money from paypal, but its not a huge loss. so i'd like to warn others about this guy & his paypal. so what should i do now?

Unfortunately I did not realize take any screenshots, so I shut the chat window without thinking. Is there any way to recover old chats? Only proofs that I can present right now are that his account was created 15 days ago, he has 4 dota 2 in his inventory, his profile has 3 positive feedbacks, all 3 account were created on february 19, and have only this guy as their friend, and now he has 1 guy on his profile calling him scammer (not me). And my word of course =/
Well, providing a picture of someone else calling him a scammer too is always something more than nothing. You could also contact that guy, maybe he has some proofs of his deal going bad.
The thing is, that like 1 hour after i got scammed, i saw that this one guy was also trying to get Dota 2 and commented on the scammers profile about it. As soon as i saw this, I sent a friend request to this guy, and told him that he was about to get scammed. He thanked me and helped me by reporting this guy and writing on his profile, because I could not.
