No, doesn't look like you can. This was purchased in North America from the Capcom Summer 2024 Humble bundle. And the list of regions it excludes includes DE, which is what I assume is Germany.

TF2 keys
I have a list of Steam (and one Epic) keys I'm looking to trade for TF2 keys. These come from various Humble bundles, Humble Monthly/Choice bundles, and other sites. These are all going to be Steam keys and NOT HUMBLE GIFT LINKS. I also don't know which of these are region locked so you'll need to do your own research before trading. I'm not looking for any other games, only TF2 keys.
