That's a good offer, but the thing is... If I just wait for it to get delisted then they might give 90% off which would be cheaper in INDIA region. Plus SEA key has many restrictions and the current buying price of ROW keys is mostly 2 TF2. So I'll keep it at 1.5 for now, I can give you 2 TF2 keys if you have a ToD.
