I value VB at 8000 gems but Dont starve together is 4000 gems so I cannot do that. I could either trade it for 4000 gems or any game worth that much. Or I can do VB for DST + 4000 gems.

No worries. Your offer was completely fair but it is just that Dont Starve Together is not a game I am after and additionally, it was very generous regional pricing for me so I value it lower than Void Bastards.
