Me can only offer 2 SoG aka 2000 gem because black desert steam is 90% often at $1. It always free every 6 month, on their site too.
What is the caveat for key outside region, cant play the first 90 days?
I don't really mind if the result is other region, it is just for "Research" extra.

I think key works for RU/CIS* region only. Could give you the key first, to check it out ... but ~0,50$ is kinda too low (?)
The game is free every 6 month and the steam price discount of 90% every time, especially on my SEA region is cost less than 0.50
Since it is mmo, it do not have any value...not for me, I get it for extra, I do have all region's free version just no the steam.
I would prefer TF2 keys tbh, for both of these games. Also, it depends on Trading Cards which you have (their value).
