the knife isn't rare at all it is over csgolounge also it is b-s pretty bad condition you can still get a f-t condition which is better for 20$ difference
your knife been sold on market for 235$ 250$ before there is many knives that are not on market atm that doesn't mean it is a 'rare knife' hope i explained alright good luck with your trades.
