I see it as an attempte scam, because two weeks afterwards he tried getting his money back from paypal. He said he was hacked, I don't care. Treat with care, I won't trade again with him. But your decision.
Attempted paypal scam, but I kicked him out before he scammed me.
"I will not go first" and "I will not use MM", when you have less rep than me, 4+ scammers in friends and few steamrep reports pending? No, thanks.
Also, his other account has 5 SR reports pending.
