I would say perpetual means it's not limited in time and you will have it forever, just like all keys in general. I got it from a humble bundle, so all should be fine. It's absolutely ok if I go first and give you the key, so you can activate it and see if it works like you wish. Add me on Steam if you want to go for it :)

Then I will decide if it's a fair deal in my eyes.
