Scourgebringer key from Fanatical

I can't apply to the Scourgebringer giveaway on Fanatical due to my region, I want that one from someone who already has a copy of scourgebringer or doesn't want it, I'll give you some cards for your trouble.

EDIT: VPN doesn't work for me, as fanatical checks for the steam account region which is based on where my last purchase was made, so there's no way around it.

Then you didn’t do it right way.

In order to actually get it, on checkout, fanatical prompts you to link your steam account as a requirement to apply is to have an account that has spent at least 5$ before, which I have, then when clicking to obtain it (vpn on at all times) it says "Info - Promotion removed, not available for your region" which means they're checking my steam region.
