I can send payments in USD or other currencies, using PayPal's conversion rate for currency exchanges (USD to XY).
For EU users: If I send EUR, there are no transaction fees BUT THERE WILL BE PayPal CONVERSION FEES (USD TO EUR)!!!!
For users in other countries: You will be responsible for covering the transaction fees.
