I don't list my inventory gifts because I wouldn't generally part with them for less than full retail price in case keys, and as a rule, I'm perfectly fine with letting them collect dust. You'll almost definitely find better deals elsewhere as far as inventory gifts go, but if you do decide you still want to trade for one or more despite all of that, feel free to send a trade offer.
