This is not how it works, Humble will give you a key for your region (which is in the settings), which is very rarely global now, and for many people it simply won't work, they won't be able to activate it. So you either need to know this, or at least indicate what region you are in, or the person who receives the key must try it first.
just follow the link and look in the Packages table how many variants of this key there are and how many restrictions each of them has :/
