No because a ToD is not half key (the value always fluctuate between 0.4 key to no more than 0.45 key). That is why I have stated in my pricing above at 1 ToD + 2 refs. Or if you have a key, I can give you change of 9 refs. Or, we can do a combination of 1 ToD and 500 Gems.

If you mean 8 refs for both, that's very short of the pricing in refs/ToD I have already stated above. Consider that at this moment, 1 TF2 key = 19 refs (check http://backpack.tf/). As stated above, I trade 2 games for 1 TF2/CSGO key. The most I can do for these 2 games for you is offer to give you 2 refs as change from the trade of 1 TF2/CSGO key, and I never do that. Up to you.
Half key (TF2/CSGO) for any game that is under the "Steam Keys" list, unless otherwise noted. If you are paying with refs instead of keys, half key currently equals 9.5 refs. I can round it down to our favor (to 9 refs). If you are paying with a TF2/CSGO key, I have refs to give you change.

Each game is half TF2/CSGO key (unless otherwise noted with a specific price). In refs, I go by current values at backpack.tf, so at the moment, it would be 10 refs (currently 1 TF2 key = 19.11 refs).

- Avenging Angel is pending a trade
- Combat Cats - I didn't find a game in your list that I prefer over it, as I don't have Combat Cats myself yet, and have considered keeping unless I find something I prefer over it.
- Inversion - I am open for a possible trade we could figure out, but please note that as indicated on my list, the key is restricted to USA/NA only. Also, please note that I don't trade this one 1:1 because it is not a bundled key, it is a purchase from amazon.com that cost me almost $4.

You are right, there's nothing special about it. It's not that I "count" it as having more value, it's just that I have considered keeping it for myself, so the consideration for a game in such status becomes more of "do I trade a game I have some interest in, for another game I have as much interest in, or less than". That's all. ^.^
Sorry to hear about "Alter World", though if you still have "Reach for the Sun" from that bundle, I could trade it for either "Knock-Knock" or "Square Heroes" if you are interested.
