Yes, thanks for coming here to let me know. I already reported him 4 days ago (the day he started impersonating me) to Steam and they didn't do anything. I put a warning on my profile and some other people noticed it by themselves here like you did but it didn't top at least one person new at trading from getting scammed by him and now this guy left me a negative rep here on steamgifts.com thinking it was me. UPDATE: now the impersonator has moved on to impersonate someone else (he does that every few days with reputable users like me). There's 4 accepted reports on steamrep.com about him, and also this thread of someone that this been following him for a long time because he was his victim in the past:
