Uhm, well, I know some games do, but then again: some don't. I'm not entirely sure about what would show you which does and which doesn't, although I assume it depends on when & where you buy it.
I can imagine that if someone bought it in a bundle where you get both a steam and desura key, you won't get a seperate extra steam key. But I've bought bundles with games that were at the time only available on desura, but were on steam greenlight as well, and they promised to give you the steam key once it was greenlit. Those I have received either seperately on that bundle site, or through desura though.... So it's kind of hard to say.
